Strawberry Fingernails

Am I the only girl out there who disagrees with the label that fetish shoes get? I think not.

I have to say, it slightly upsets me that the minute any girl dons a platform shoe (god forbid it should be sparkly or plastic!) mothers give their daughters another sex-talk and it's automatically assumed that she is looking for attention from guys, or worse yet, selling something. Cough.

So, I propose a protest! Of course, I have been wearing my go-go boots since the latter half of tenth grade, and that was enough for a while... but not anymore! I've been eyeing some of the Funtasma shoes (a Hallowe'en division of Pleaser) for quite some time, now, especially the pirate girl boots (6 & 9), and I just picked up a Funtasma pair secondhand the other day when I was in Oregon (and I'm wearing them right now, with my rainbow tutu! Pics Saturday, after SAT subject tests!), white patent leather Mary Janes with about a 5" heel and 3/4" platform, I'd guess-- for $15.00, and which just happened to fit perfectly! I deemed it fate and headed to the register, but being a girl (duh!), I NEED MORE!!!
